- Which countries do you ship to?
- We support worldwide shipping, we can send your parcel to any region you are in!

- What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
- We're happy to help you update your order, please contact us at service@flydtc.com Kindly note that orders are typically shipped out from our warehouse in 1-2 business days, we might not be able to make changes to your order after that. We will do our best to find a solution!
- Do I need to pay sales tax and/or duties on my order?
- We will cover your taxes and fees according to local legal requirements, so you don't need to worry about that!
- Where will my order be shipped from?
- We have two warehouses, one in the United States and the other in China, We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, according to the warehouse inventory to allocate shipment
- When can I expect to receive my order?
- Once the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package to your location. Orders usually take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped, then 5-7 business days to ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, 6-8 business days to ship to Europe and Australia, and 10-12 business days to ship to other countries. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or unusual circumstances. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order tracking information. That being said, we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
- What is your return or exchange policy?
- We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love them.If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product during the 30-night trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return orl exchange process.To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, unwashed, in its original packaging and please postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery.
- How do I start a return or exchange?
- To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at service@flydtc.com with your order number. If your product(s) is in the trial period, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receiye the product(s), we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.
- My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?
